Every Brain Deserves a Calm Space

ADHD Cleaning & Organization is a neuro-affirming and judgment-free cleaning and organization company. Although we specialize in ADHD, neurodivergence, and mental health support, our services are available to everyone.

For homes, we manage everything from light upkeep and deep cleaning to decluttering and personalized organization systems that make daily life easier. For businesses, we offer reliable commercial cleaning, organization, and regular maintenance services that foster welcoming, professional environments for staff and clients.

Our approach is caring, inclusive, and collaborative, designed to meet you where you are and provide solutions that truly address your needs. Whether at home or in your workplace, our aim is to create spaces that ease stress, support well-being, and help people flourish in environments that feel clean, comfortable, and manageable.

We believe that every individual deserves a supportive and welcoming space - one free from shame, stigma, and judgment.

As someone with ADHD, maintaining a consistently tidy home felt impossible.

People with ADHD often feel shame about not maintaining a consistent cleaning routine and judging their living space. Anxiety increases when belongings lack proper places in their environment. Task paralysis occurs when they do not know where to start with organizing.

As someone balancing school, struggling with a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, and caring for someone who is terminally ill, I looked for resources. However, I couldn't find a service that helped to clean, organize and keep my space tidy.

This inspired the idea of ADHD Cleaning & Organization. Now I help challenge the shame, anxiety, and task paralysis associated with running a home and business and help others do the same.
