As someone with ADHD, keeping a consistently tidy home felt impossible.
People with ADHD often feel shame about not keeping a consistent cleaning routine and judging their living space. Anxiety rises when belongings don't have proper places in their environment. Task paralysis happens when they don't know where to start with organising.
As someone balancing school, dealing with a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, and caring for a terminally ill person, I searched for resources. However, I couldn't find a service that helped with cleaning, organising, and maintaining my space.
This led to the creation of ADHD Cleaning & Organization. Now I assist others in overcoming shame, anxiety, and task paralysis related to managing a home and business, helping them do the same.
